    Hello

Hello, I have bene using this plugin for a while now. It worked great in the past. However, from some time, the plugin doesn’t work as intended when Payubiz plugin is installed. There were no issues in the past, however, now, when someone completes a payment using UPI, the payment is not acknowledged. Instead, it takes the user to cart page, no changes made to the order, payment not marked as paid or confirmed. I spent a while to find out the conflicting plugin and verified it multiple times. Any help would be appreciated. I had to disable this plugin for now as it has been affecting user experience, and I would like to have this plugin back in use.

    Hello @endlessag

I am not sure if I have understood the issue you have mentioned correctly or not. You mentioned that after installing PayUBiz plugin your orders are not getting marked as paid if paid via UPI. But this plugin does not have option to check payment status automatically. Website owner have to check payment status manually and mark the order as paid. If you choose to mark the order status to confirm in setting then it’s a different case, but that is also not recommended. Even if you don’t install PayU plugin, this plugin does not have option to check payment status automatically. We have a seperate plugin called “Knit Pay – UPI” in which payment status is checked automatically. Could you please explain your issue with some video, which would make it easy for us to understand.
