I am having trouble with this plugin causing a conflict with WP All import. My WP All Import, import fails when Woo product filter is active. I deactivate this filter plugin and my import succeeds. Any help please?

    Hello @morningstardesign,

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’ve encountered.

I’d be happy to help, but I first need to replicate the issue on my end in order to properly investigate the compatibility problem you’re reporting.

    • Are you using the <strong data–h-bstatus=”0OBSERVED”>free version of the importing plugin?
    • Please provide a <strong data–h-bstatus=”0OBSERVED”>sample import file and any relevant notes or steps to reproduce the issue.

I’ll then test it and, if confirmed, report it to our development team.

However, if you’re using a <strong data–h-bstatus=”0OBSERVED”>Pro version of the importing plugin, please reach out to us directly via our support email (<strong data–h-bstatus=”0OBSERVED”>[email protected]) so we can investigate further.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hello @morningstardesign,

Here’s an update regarding this topic:

We’ve received the client’s emails, and the issue appears to be related to a conflict with other plugins, not directly with our Product Filter plugin.

I will close this topic for now, but please know that we remain available if you need any further help or assistance in the future.

    Best regards,
