Plugin conflict WordPress 3.5.2

Hi

I am running WordPress 3.5.2

After the last WorPress upgrade I run into a conflict between 2 plugins:
Plugin Memorandum

and
Collapsible Widgets Area
http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/collapsible-widget-area/

When Collapsible Widgets is active, Plugin Memorandum does not work.

I don’t know which plugin should be fixed. Can you help?

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I’ll try to investigate this over the next few weeks to see if I can find anything in Plugin Memorandum that might be conflicting with the Collapsible Widget Area plugin.
