@lahoti – I do not see a popup loaded. Do you have any conditions set under “Targeting Conditions” for you popup, to test try On Entire Site.

Hi It is allowed on Entire site.. thats the problem when I was trying to debug I just couldnt find it in teh code

BTW I have bootstrap based theme and not sure if bootstrap modal or some other functionality interfering with this?

Besides that I do not think there is any limiting condition?
@lahoti – Can you confirm your themes footer.php file has the call to wp_footer(); just before </body>.

BTW
– somehow it seems it is not working on Firefox
– I am using form plugin to embed form in this and form submit automatically doesnot diable pop up. (i will try to fix my self unless you have quick fix)
