WP Time Capsule is causing an error and not letting Thrive Comments save its settings. When WP Time Capsule is disabled, Thrive Comments is able to save its settings.

Checking the ‘Console’ tab on Chrome Dev Tools, this error appears each time the
Thrive Comments error pops up on the page:
    PUT https://campaddict.com/wp-json/tcm/v1/settings 500 () load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,underscore,backbone,wp-util,wp-backbone,media-models,moxiejs,plupload,wp-plupload,jquery-ui-cor&load[]=e,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-mouse,jquery-ui-sortable&ver=4.9.1:4

Again, when I disable WP Time Capsule this error doesn’t happen.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Marshall

    Hey Marshall,

That shouldn’t be happening. Would it be possible to give us access to a test site with that plugin? We would be glad to investigate and see if there is a conflict and resolve it in our code or contact Thrive comments regarding this.

    Thanks
    David.

    Hi David,

Not sure what you mean by “test site” as I only have a live site with the plugins installed on.

How would we proceed in this situation?
