Plugin Conflicts

    Hey there,

    Are you aware of any plugin conflicts that affect the use of Awesome Support plugin. When I have the Download Monitor plugin active, Awesome Support doesn’t work properly and I can’t see the content of my support tickets. When I deactivate Download Monitor, Awesome Support works properly. I haven’t had this issue before. Any suggestions?

    Hi @dbobbie,

    It indeed appears to be an incompatibility between the 2 plugins. I’m sorry for the trouble!
    I opened a ticket here: https://github.com/WPChill/download-monitor/issues/903
    Our dev team will investigate and see if it’s something that can be fixed on our end. If it is, it will addressed in a next update.
