    Hola, tu plugin me estaba solucionando un montòn de cosas y funcionaba de primera, lo unico que puse a la ultima versiòn y no me anda mas, entendì que no son mas abilitadas todos los shortcode y se tiene que abilitar manualmente, però en la pagina de configuracion no puedo hacer absolutamente nada, cliqueando en las opciones “setting” no baja y no puedo ver las opciones.
    estoy bloqueado!

    Ante todo, Gracias por utilizar WSHK!

    He podido echar un vistazo al vídeo y me gustaría saber si es posible conocer algunos datos más:

    ¿La web está ya abierta al público? ¿Se pueden hacer pruebas en ella?

    Si es posible realizar pruebas, entonces te recomiendo desactivar temporalmente todos los plugins que tengas activos, excepto WooCommerce y Woo Shortcodes Kit.

    Una vez desactivados todos menos esos dos plugins, ve a WSHK nuevamente e intenta navegar de la misma manera que lo intentas en el vídeo. Con esto se probará si el problema viene directamente de WSHK o por el contrario la incompatibilidad la crea algún otro plugin.

    Quedo a la espera de tu respuesta 🙂

    First of all, Thanks for using WSHK!

    I have been able to take a look at the video and I would like to know if it is possible to know some more information:

    Is the web already open to the public? Can you do tests on it?

    If testing is possible, then I recommend temporarily deactivating all the plugins you have active, except WooCommerce and Woo Shortcodes Kit.

    Once all but those two plugins are deactivated, go to WSHK again and try to navigate in the same way you try in the video. This will test if the problem comes directly from WSHK or, on the contrary, the incompatibility is created by some other plugin.

    Hice lo que dijiste, deshabilité todos los complementos y activé uno a la vez. Logré comprender que el problema era un complemento de un tema comprado que ejecuta códigos cortos en el sitio, desafortunadamente ahora fundamental, como el tuyo.
    Por el momento, puedo usar ambos, deshabilitando el complemento de tema, puedo modificar WSHK para luego volver a habilitar el complemento de tema una vez que se completen los cambios.

    Informaré el problema a los desarrolladores del tema pagado.

    I did as you said, disabling all the plugins and activating one at a time I managed to understand that the problem was a plugin of a purchased theme that runs shortcodes on the site, unfortunately now fundamental, like yours.
    At the moment, I can use both, disabling the theme plugin, I can modify WSHK to then re-enable the theme plugin once the changes are completed.

    I’ll report the issue to the developers of the paid theme.
