Plugin conflicts with theme Product Video

    Hi Team, the plugin in itself works great and flawless. The issue is, it has limited the functionality of my current theme.

    In my current theme, there is a provision to add product video with the product. Unfortunately since I installed your plugin, it doesn’t work anymore

    It seems the plugin has surpassed video on product page altogether.

    Can you please suggest next steps

    Hi Rashid, I never received an email with ticket id. But I just check my spam, and there is a correspondence from your team.

    I think the team misunderstood what I was saying. As stated above, the plugin restricts & overrides theme’s video playback capabilities.

    I have the title for the ticket raised “Plugin conflicts with theme Product Video, Bug Report”. That would probably help in tracking down the details?

    If the button missed after install this plugin. Then i cant do anythong.

    But i can suggest you to contect your developer and assaign your button another woocommearce hooks.

    Or you can use video as our team is saying.
