[Plugin: Connections] Where does the logo show?

This is a great plug in, but I’m having problems with the logo showing. I did notice that I can insert this line of code:

<?php echo $entry->getLogoImage() ?> but where.

Also no matter what pic I put in for the image of the person involved is cut at the top. Do I have to edit the size of the pic before I use it? I have set to crop, or shrink, but neither make it smaller. Other than that there are no problems at all.
