As soon as I updated it crashed my site, said that form designer.php wasn’t working. Disabled the whole plugin now it works without issue.

It crashed one of my sites, too. I removed the plugin byt connecting via FTP and the site came back up. I am going to try to install it again from scratch, we’ll see what happens. It had been working fine for over a year before the last upgrade.
