[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Add padding to fields

I am trying to add padding to the input fields and text area.

I have added the following code to the contact-form-7/styles-rtl.css

.wpcf7-text input {
padding: 20px;
}
.wpcf7-text textarea {
padding: 20px;
}

But nothing is changing?
