[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Checkboxes not working sitewide

I’ve installed cf7 on a new wordpress 3.0 installation this week. I’ve created 5 different forms on 5 different pages.

The symptom is that check box answers are not sent via email.

Here is an example of a check box in the form:
[checkbox checkbox-925 class:formtext use_label_element “Wedding Ceremony” “Wedding Reception” “Wedding Rehearsal”]

Here is an example of the checkbox as indicated in the email:
Type of event: [checkbox-925]

Do data is sent in the email.

Anyone else having this problem?
