[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Error after trying "use_label_element"

    After I tried “use_label_element” attribute, I get the following errors on the page that I try to use that form on:

    Notice: Undefined index: name in /wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/modules/checkbox.php on line 19

    Notice: Undefined index: options in /wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/modules/checkbox.php on line 20

    Notice: Undefined index: values in /wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/modules/checkbox.php on line 21

    Notice: Undefined index: labels in /wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/modules/checkbox.php on line 22

    I tried:
    1. removing the “use_label_element” attribute
    2. Deleting the form and re-adding
    3. Deactivating, deleting and re-installing the plugin

    Still gives me above errors after trying all 3

    If you are using some cache plugin, clear cache.

    I found the problem — When you use a quote symbol in your checkbox options as & quot; it works the first time, but if you make any other changes to that form, it replaces the & quot; with ” thus breaking the form.
