Even on fresh install of WP 3.1.2 and Contact Form 7, this is the only plug-in that sets off the Mac (10.6.7) and in Window 7 / IE9 with Firefox 4 – com.apple.quarantine remove – references. Screen is not usable and effects all screens.

To be clear the WP/plugin install is on a networked Linux server. No other app/plug has done this.

We have to disable plug as result.

Is there a code fix within the script/plugin?

    Thank you

    This error also appears:

I found the problem was a result of system files the mac finder created when unzipping. Removal of all files with ._ from the plugin directory cleared up my problem.

On a side note I wonder why WP or plugin would even open these files?

I just discovered this as well and was going to post. My fix was to unzip in Windows and move to local web server (not mac) for further dev. Having files on mac as dev platform, issue would persist.

Yes .. only plug-in used that has done this.

I got the same thing after I unzipped on my Mac. Deactivated, then deleted CF7. Then downloaded and installed from the plugin menu. Worked like a charm.
