[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Reply-to and bouncebacks

My client has her email through GoDaddy and she has not been receiving the emails from the contact form. Godaddy told her to
“go into the “reply-to” of the form mailer and collect any bouncebacks that have been received.”
Where do I find that for canvas form 7? Or is this a hosting thing (she has hosting through Blue Host)?
