[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Select menu fail

    Hi,

    i hope you can help me. For my client i install a Survey with Contact Form 7. I really like this plugin and its’ run…sometimes.

    Here my problem: It may happen that the selected objects by clicking on the Send button not selected anymore.

    And i dont know why?? Here my code:
