My question is about e-mail message, which gets admin. Is it possible to include information about url of site where user sends e-mail?

In my shop I have contact form on every product site. My clients not always write name of the product that they are asking.

Yes, you can track the site url of the page in email, from where the visitor send message. Try shortcode [_post_url] for the permalink of the post/page that contains the form.

Put [_url] or [_post_url] into the message body of mail.
