[Plugin: Cornerstone] Infinite loop in custom JS

I have been working with cornerstone and have been editing javascript with their custom js section. I accidently wrote an infinite loop and now that page wont load. All i get is the spinning cornerstone logo when i try and get to the custom js editor. I cant find where to edit the file locally to change my js is.
