Hello – very keen to use this plugin and have it working on other sites.

However I am still having the issues described in this thread

    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/orphaned-review-records-db-issue/#post-18846616

Even choosing the delete records on deactivation – the review records are still there and cannot be deleted.

There is some type of database corruption when it installed and when I manually uploaded reviews from an XLS

Happy to provide site access or manually try and clean this up via phpmyadmin

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi Titanium Consulting,

Requesting or offering website login credentials on the ww.wp.xz.cn support forums is against WordPress guidelines. I would recommend referring to the official documentation on Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP website for assistance.

Not sure how that helps really… RTFM…

Approriate use of the plugin has resulted in orphaned records that cannot be deleted and any new schema entries cannot be created due to the orphans / corruption.

Following the plugin manual and plugin team recommendations to select the option to delete all records on deletion of the plugin from WP does not delete the records either, so the function of the plugin is not operating correctly. No amount of RTFM helps with that.

Welcome some useful support here please, thank you

From the details you’ve shared, the issue could be related to database records or something specific to your site setup. Without taking a closer look and investigating further, it is difficult for us to identify the exact cause or provide a proper solution.
