We are getting this exception:

Hey, im having a very similar error – except that I don’t use the redux framework (when you disable the theme and the plugins, you’ll see that its also caused by the wp core).

As a quick hotfix can you download a fresh functions.php and replace it. Works for me, but only for a limited time.

Turned out to be a permissions issue. Make sure to update your permissions to avoid this issue.
