Plugin crashed all website’s pics

    Hi there,

    I realized I was not able to see any pic on my website. I uninstalled the plugin and pics “came back”. I removed the plugin and installed it again but issue persist. Without Autoptimize plugin all works fine. Any idea?

    hi wisenomad;
    in general; toggle options to see what might be the culprit here, but I see 2 possible causes:
    a) you had “optimize images” active, and shortpixel indeed had some downtime. this _should_ be fixed now
    b) you did not have “optimize images” active, but you have a plugin to lazy load images (or your theme has this functionality). in that case JS optimization might need tweaking (see the AO FAQ for info on how to troubleshoot)
