The web story official plugin crashed many times again and again. there are 2 options on that window, during the making story.
1. Reload
2. Report errors
happened today nearly 3 times can you please help?.

Thanks for your report! We’re aware of some issues with the editor crashing when uploading media and working on fixing this.

@inaamighround Hello, Web Stories has released an updated version 1.28.1 of the plugin which includes the fix for the issue reported above. Please update to the latest version and confirm it has been resolved on your end as well. Thank you!

Hello Luckyna San,

I have updated the new version but there is something issue with the plugin. When I click on web stories dashboard gives an error after 2 minutes of loading ( Request time out ) When I click on all stories then it’s working fine. I mean 2 options are not working. 1. Setting, 2. Dashboard. The screenshot is attached.

@inaamighround Could you please share your Site Health Information using this private form. I can check this information to see if anything stands out here.

Could you also try following the troubleshooting steps here and let me know if you encounter the same while in troubleshooting mode.
