Hi a little bit more info please

Is this a new installation – first time problem?

What version of the plugin are you using?

What version of keyring plugin are you using?

What version of PHP are you on?

    Thanks.

While I await your answers – I have checked the keyring code of version 1.9 and prior and can see no reason for Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Undefined class constant ‘API_BASE’.

It could be possible that the plugin got corrupted on download in some way. I suggest initially deleting both ‘keyring’ and this one, and re installing.

Whilst I can’t be definitive here, on the balance of probabilities it is worth doing.

p.s. if you don’t know how to recover your site – use a file manager or ftp – find wp-content/plugins and delete the directory widget-for-eventbrite-api and the directory keyring

Thank you so much for the fast response. It is a site I had up for a while. The Law Enforcement branch has not used it in a long time, I was testing the plugin before I put it on the main site. I couldn’t remember what versions of the plugin, etc I was using, and I can’t access the dashboard. I will delete the directory you recommended to see if I can get access back to the site. I will let you know. Thanks again!

Let me know how you get on, no one likes to see a site down, even a test site.
