After the update, the plugin causes a 504 error when trying to get into the admin side of the site. When it was disabled by my hosting company, I could get in again. I later re-enabled it, and the 504 error returned barring me completely from the admin side of my site.

It also has the error on the non-admin side for any pages that have the plugin, such as this page:https://diplomacy.state.gov/about/connect-with-us

If you or someone from your hosting support could locate and provide some errors from the error log around the time that things occurred, we could provide some more support regarding exactly what happened. At the moment at least, we don’t really have a lot to go on.

Error log does not show anything. My hosting provider thinks its a PHP version issue. Currently the site is running a PHP 7.1.

Would you be willing to reach out to [email protected] and cc [email protected] to see if we can get the errors figured out and resolved away from the public forum here? We can report findings back once done, as deemed needed, for others to possibly utilize.
