    Hello,
I am using theme Tyche from Colorlib which actively uses your plugin. However, when I try to activate the plugin, it crashes site, both in admin and frontend area:

Fatal error: Class 'Hugeit_Maps_Shortcode' not found in (...)\wp-content\plugins\google-maps\googlemap.php on line 157

Can you please guide me in the right direction how to resolve this?

Important to note is that it behaves like that even when I deactivate all other plugins.

Also it outputs following note when I deactivate the plugin by renaming the plugin folder (only way to get the admin page back to show up:

The plugin generated 227 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

  • Dear 528491,

    Thanks for your post.
Seems that the issue is site-specific thus we will be glad if you find a minute for sending a direct message to our email.

    Thanks

Had the same error trying to load on my local dev site. Cannot send link as it is on my machine. Here is the code:

I think it is like the developers said, probably an issue of being hosted locally. Seen few threads like this in Google search. Try to test your installation on a live remote server first, it might work. Since I soon moved on to a different theme which doesn’t use this plugin I cannot confirm anything, since I don’t have time to troubleshoot it.

    Dear sallyinstc,

May we kindly ask you to contact us directly and we will send the latest version of the plugin for you to check if the issue exists on that version of the plugin too or not?

Please include the link to this forum in your email and mention the version of the plugin you are currently running.
    Thanks
