    Whenever I click Media Library Folders, the CPU on my server spikes and crashes the site.
    I can privately share the WP debug output upon requested.

    Yes, it queries the database for all your folders and displays the information in the folder tree. You must have a lot of folders and images. You can send the debug.log to me at [email protected].

    It seems that the ID number of the uploads folder is missing. You should activate the Media Library Folders Reset plugin that comes with Media Library Folders. First deactivate Media Library Folders. Activate Media Library Folders Reset and click on the Database Reset option. No files or folders will be removed from your site. Once it is done. Deactivate Media Library Folders Reset and activate Media Library Folders which will do a fresh scan of your Media Library.
