Plugin crashing the site

    We have used the plugin for a long time without any problems and it has been fantastic.

    Unfortunately, yesterday the plugin caused our site to crash. Siteground – our hosting provider ‘calmed our server’ (their words) yesterday but the same issue happened today and they said it is a plugin issue. When I checked through our plugins (deactivating and reactivating) this one was the one only one that was causing an issue.

    I have now uninstalled the plugin, but we would like to use it. Please can you look into this issue, I can provide more technical details if you need them.

    I note someone else raised a similar issue a couple of days ago.
