Plugin crashing website

    Since 48 hours ago, this plugin has caused my site to be inaccessible when people try using www. If going to the site without www, they can access no problem.

    I have had to deactivate the plugin to get the site stable again. Any info on how to deal with the issue?

    Hi,

    I am currently working on a new release and would like to add a fix for this issue too. Please provide me with more details about how to replicate this, log errors if available, and perhaps a list of other plugins you have activated, core version.

    Apologies for the late reply. Has there been any update on this?

    I’m not sure how to give you the info you need. If I activate the plugin, the whole site crashes. So I don’t know how to provide you with error logs.

    Please advise.

    Hi @iulia-cazan Thanks for the update.

    Unfortunately, still no go from my site. I updated, but when I try to activate, i get a warning error at the top of the page;

    “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    TypeError thrown”

    Please advise if you know what I can try next.

    Apologies! It was a php issue. I updated to 7.4 and now the plugin activities and works flawless again. Thanks so much for the help!
