[Plugin: ] Create question

I try to understand a little how to make my plugin downloadable by all users but I do not quite understand …

I have to fill the form in the “Add Your Plugin” section with a link to the zip up so good.

But I understood that I had to use a software versioning, it is well managed by wordpress where it is for me to do my ratings?
