[Plugin: CSV Importer] Sample CSV encoding | not good

Hello, I’m using a managed hosting account and downloaded your plugin using wget. After fighting for a long time to get the file working correctly, even based on what I saw online about how to escape commas inside the fields, I opened your sample file.

Here’s what I saw *gulp*

Not very helpful as a sample, please figure out a way to make sure that the file is encoded correctly regardless of what OS the person is using (not everyone uses Windows!)
