[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Admin CSS disabled and not allowing changes

I setup a form using CCF but now I have gone back into the admin tool, the the “tabbed” layout has disappeared and everything is appearing in a very ugly way (see attached: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5456769/CCF.PNG)

What have I done and how do I restore it?

I cannot create any field options which is rendering the tool unusable…

I downloaded the latest version and uploaded all the files again but this has had no effect!
