Hi All

Nice plugin that I hope to be able to use 😉

I’ve installed the latest version on WP 3.0.1 and the only plugin that is active is this one. Yet, when I create a new form, I am not seeing the fields that I CREATED. I do see the fixed fields.

what am I missing?

once you create the form, you need to add those fields to the form (scroll down to where the form’s are, hit ‘more options’ then select and add them to current form). I had this same issue until i found that. good luck!
