[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] forms will not save

not sure what the problem is but i have 48 forms created and at some point the plug in decided to stop saving the changes i make to my existing forms and acts wierd when i try to create new ones. i downgraded it WP 3.3.1 to make sure there wasnt a compatability problem as well as down graded to an older version of the plug-in..still the same problem..help..this problem is affecting my business since i have so many forms that we now depend on for leads
