[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] importing form from main site

I have installed a network and thus have a main site with all the plugins (and two custom forms I had created). I plan to have a subsite which is practically identical to the main, but in a different language.
I’d like to export a form from the main site and import it into the subsite contact form plugin, so that I don0t have to create the form again.
how can I do that?
