[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Insert into sidebar?

I’ve tried using this in a text sidebar using the bbcode method for showing a certain form in posts/pages but it doesn’t work.

Any ideas how I can stick a Custom Contact Form into a sidebar widget?
