[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] maximum fields in form?

    I am unable to add any more fields to a form… It’s currently at 39 fields and I have 5 more fields that are essential for this form. I have wasted hours if I can’t add them. In searching other forums I haven’t seen anything about maximum fields but I haven’t found out why I can’t add anymore. I am a complete novice at WP and don’t understand computer lingo so please don’t make me fee like an ass and ask to dumb it down for me!
