    I would also like to know how I can access a feature like this:

    1) Automated submission form is emailed to my administrative
    2) User is also notified of successful form submission with custom email

    Any help?

    can submissions be configured to send to different emails based on selected options in dropdown?

    You will have to write your own code to do that.

    Not entirely sure what you want to do. You can set up additional email addresses.

    User is also notified of successful form submission with custom email
