[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Set Form ID to Export Custom HTML Forms

    Since I create the custom html form, how do I go about setting the form ID so that I can export the data to a CSV file? I tried using the <input type=”hidden” name=”ccf_customhtml” value=”3″ /> but the form ID is still showing up as “0” when I check the “Saved Form Submissions”. If I use the ID “0” to try to export the form data to CSV, however, it will not process the request.
