    Hello,
    I am now using this plugin on a couple different websites i work on, and it is great! I love the ability to export and import as it saved me a crap-load of time.

    This being said, i have a couple issues and hope you can help me resolve them.
    1) Titles are displayed above text fields, and I do not see where I can put them next to each other. I tried changing the widths of it all but no luck.
    2) For some reason, State appears after the drop down list. Any ideas on this? It looks really weird!
    3) Is there any way to align the button? I would like to have it center on some forms and even possibly right aligned on some as well.
    4) Minor one here, but since I’m creating a list- how about a reset button to clear it all? Maybe there is one here and I haven’t seen it yet?

    1. If you want to change the way the titles are being displayed you would have to use the Custom HTML Feature. Which lets you write the HTML for your forms

    2. Same thing for #1. However 4.1.0 will correct this.

    Thank you for your reply tlovett (through the e-mail, not sure why it did not show up as a reply here).

    When do you expect version 4.1.0 to be out? I like this plugin because I do not have to html code anything and its easy to change on the fly.
