[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] widget form weirdness

I have my custom content form in a rightside widget, but when tooltips are on, the tool tips display to the right, causing my display to be too wide (my browser adds a left-right scrollbar). Is there a way to have the tooltip display to the left or above the form field?

In the meantime, I disabled tooltips. However, now when I move into one of my fields, the field below it suddenly displays to the right of the field I’m in. Totally wild, I sure didn’t expect that.

Oh, this is with the Atahualpa theme (latest version).
