    Hi!

    First of all, thank you for this plugin, it is definitely a perfect extension of WP features. You did a really great job and keeping it up-to-date, I really appreciate that.

    I noticed that the latest version added the possibility to add custom fields to foreign post types. I have a “product” content type created by Jigoshop (e-commerce) plugin.
    I’d like to add a “relation” field to link artist & product content types, but before doing that I’d like to be sure that my new custom field (added to the “product” foreign content type) won’t get lost when I’ll update the Jigoshop plugin.

    Thanks for the note — sorry for not seeing this, I was not receiving notifications.

    You can add custom fields to the foreign post-type — they will not be affected by any updates to Jigoshop. The custom field definitions and their associations are kept and maintained by the CCTM, not by any other plugin.
