I’m working through some bugs with the update script, which may be what you’re encountering, but in general, I need a lot more info to be able to troubleshoot your issues in any meaningful way. Did you enable categories/tags for your “products” post-type (on the Taxonomies tag when you edit the post-type)? Which version of the plugin are you using? What other plugins (and their versions) are you using on your site? etc.
When you click “Report a Bug” link from any CCTM admin page, you’ll get a list of system info for easy copy and pasting into a bug-report, and please note the instructions there about reporting bugs: if I can’t reproduce it for myself, I can’t fix it.

Thanks. It’d be great if you could post this in the bug tracker along with all the steps to reproduce the error, you’ll be notified of the fixes as I work it. Also importantly, others can search information about this bug once you’ve created a bug report. The forums are great for basic discussion, but any bugs need to filed in the bug tracker, otherwise I lose track of them. Thanks!
