    Sorry for the delayed response… I haven’t been getting updates from WP.

    WP’s URLs are not very flexible, so I don’t even know if that is possible. Every time I have to customize WP URLs I get sick a little bit.

    You could set this up as a hierarchy… where one page is the child of another. That would give you the ability to have a slash in your permalink. When you create/edit your post type, go to the Fields tab, and check “Page Attributes” and “Hierarchy”. That should enable it. If not, you can try using the “Custom Hierarchy”.
