[Plugin: Custom Content Type Manager] {"error":"action does not exist","msg

I’m working on a network site. I’ve tried activating the plugin for the network as well as just the one site that I actually want it for but I get this error when I try to activate or create a new custom post type:

{“error”:”action does not exist”,”msg”:””,”data”:[]}
