[Plugin: Custom Content Type Manager] Excerpt on Custom Post Type only

I’m using this plugin to set up my CPTs and it’s working great so far. My only tweak that I’d like to make is for the CPT home page to show only excerpts while the standard blog home page to show the full. How do I configure this?

I’m using the Atahualpa theme, if that helps.
