[Plugin: Custom Content Type Manager] image and media

Hi again,

I need the users to upload their own photos on the posts, it seems that image and media custom fields allow only to select an image within images already uploaded…

Is there any possibility to create a custom field to select an image straight from user desktop?

(I have few other questions but ask them separatly for better reading in the forum)
