[Plugin: Custom Content Type Manager] Multisite support!

Hey, I very need MultiSite support for custom content type manager plugin. The thing is that only the super-administrator can add new posts types, and ordinary administrators can only use these custom post type on their sites in the multisite network. How can I do this?
