[Plugin: Custom Content Type Manager] Regarding Dropdrop

Hi am swathi, working as php developer.
I have used custom content type manager plugin and created one custom field drop-down, how can I add multiple values at a time instead of adding one by one.
For example:
If I want to add 1-20 numbers in list by using this plugin need you need click on add option, so if I want to add 20 numbers do we need to click 20 times. Or do we have any solution?
Please do respond as I need to implement in my project.
