[Plugin: Custom Field Template] Can't open settings boxes

When admin page open (settings – > Custom Field Template) I’m unable to open other Custom Field Template setting boxes such as ‘Global Settings’, ‘Admin CSSS’ and all other boxes. All boxes have CSS class postbox closed and mouse click does nothing to change this.
onClick event calls POST for admin-ajax.php with params
action=closed-postboxes&closed=%2C%2C%2C%2C%2C%2C%2C%2C%2C%2C%2C&hidden=&page=settings_page_custom-field-template
Please help.
