[Plugin: Custom Field Template] TinyMCE not adding <p> tags

I’ve added a custom field using the textarea with tinymce turned on but when I retrieve the value from get_post_meta it isn’t formatting the content with paragraphs or line breaks automatically. It adds the <h> and tags but just no line breaks or <p> tags.

Is there a filter I can add that will format it back to the way it looks in the tinymce?
